Booking & Payments

Photography services are reserved only after:

1. A signed contract is received, and
2. A non-refundable reservation fee is paid.

Pricing, packages, availability, and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

Image Delivery & Archiving

Delivery timelines, usage rights, and archiving policies are detailed in the signed client agreement.

Nicole Klym Photography does not guarantee long-term storage of digital image files beyond the timeframe outlined in the client contract. Clients are responsible for backing up and preserving their delivered images.
